Do underground parking lots in commercial buildings in the City of Vancouver have to display a "sign" at driver's eye level as well as a painted "disabled" marker for designated disabled parking spots?
Question: For me, the high beams on my Dodge Ram trucks are inadequate. Certainly, this likely has something to do with my being 73. I avoid driving in the dark, but sometimes I must. I was wondering if you could cover a subject that is a pet peeve of mine. I have observed some RCMP members using a cell phone while driving their patrol car. Are they exempt from this law? I thought distracted driving was distracted driving. I see this happen at least once a week.
It used to be that there was a candle power restriction for vehicles but these days none. I was driving along the other day and an approaching car had the high beam on. I flashed my high beam in hopes they would switch to low beam but no. As the car drew closer I was being blinded and had to slow down.
