About once a month an over height vehicle or it's load is involved in a collision with an overpass somewhere in B.C.. These crashes cause damage, stop traffic and increase safety risks for everyone.

I've noticed something that concerns me in my travels lately, and that is the single long, narrow, curved tire marks that begin about two thirds of the way into a corner and end when the curve does. They don't appear in the traffic lane in the lateral position that one would expect of a vehicle travelling where it should either. These are weight shift marks and indicate a heavy transport truck on the edge of a tip over.
The police were conducting an operation to find drivers who were providing unlicensed ride hailing services in Richmond. An officer used the Udi app to request a right from the Richmond Centre to the SFU campus in Surrey. Haiya Zhang was one of the drivers who responded.
The state of New South Wales, Australia has just tightened their rules on intersection safety camera violations. Companies were not nominating the drivers of their vehicles who were responsible for the violations as that state requires. This amounted to approximately 7,000 events that drivers were not held accountable for.
