Question: I have a question about yielding to a left turning vehicle and I'm hoping that you can help. It involves the Old Island Highway and the Lewis Centre parking lot in Courtenay. Through drivers are stopping to allow vehicles in the two way left turn lane to proceed into the parking lot.

In the early evening of May 26, 2018 a person in a motorized wheelchair tried to cross the railroad tracks at Broadway Street in Chilliwack.
