It’s very interesting that some new drivers to BC can easily obtain a driver license with no written test on BC traffic laws and no road test to demonstrate competency .

Road safety should not be based on political agreements.

Drivers request a copy of their driving records on line and after satisfying security requirements receive the documents by e-mail. Drives can can also access insurance and claims history records that detail a driver's insurance coverage and claims history, for up to 20 years.

In response to hearing the siren of an approaching fire engine, Cindy Li slowed in preparation to yield to it. While her vehicle was still moving, it was struck from behind by another car. Question: I purchased a snowmobile in 2003 brand new from a Skidoo dealership in Kelowna. At that time I registered it with a ICBC and got a sticker. However, I never received any ownership papers. Is there any way to get that paperwork as I want to sell the machine.

If you intend to operate your off road vehicle (ORV) anywhere on public lands after November 1, 2015 you must register it through ICBC. When the vehicle is registered an off road vehicle licence plate or sticker will be issued and must be displayed.
