We are selling one of our cars this spring, actually its a westfalia van. Right now it's parked in our driveway with For Sale signs up in the windows. I understand that it can't be parked on any highway (streets) and I need the owners permission to park it anywhere else (I have permission to park it in the parking lot at work beside a busy street).
At the corner of Johnson Road and Russell Avenue in White Rock there is a regular crosswalk sign that has been in place for many years. Two years ago, White Rock installed traffic lights along with pedestrian "Walk - Don't Walk" signals; but has not taken down the old crosswalk signs.
I received a Violation Ticket for Drive In HOV Lane cited under MVA section 152 with a ticketed amount of $109. The officer that served me the ticket stated that it was the minimal offense and carried no Penalty Points.

You're driving from Kelowna to Vancouver on the Okanagan Connector. There are two lanes for your direction of travel. The fast lane seems to be pretty clean with bare pavement. The slow lane is covered in snow and doesn't look safe. You have winter tires and everything, but bare pavement always beats compact snow.
Please let me know if it is legal to drive with a walking cast on? Right or left foot? What if you are in an accident and are the driver wearing a walking cast? Can this alter your braking time? Could your foot slip?
I have restored a 1936 Ford Tudor sedan registered in B.C. and want to replace all the window glass. It has flat safety glass originally and there is a firm who manufactures replacement glass for these old cars. They have various colored glass windows available factory tinted.

Hello, I don't know if this is the correct place to find this out, or perhaps you could suggest where I could turn, but are parking boots legal in BC? I work for a BC college and we are constantly battling improper parking and as a small campus we do not charge for parking and thus have no enforcement. A suggestion was to buy and start using a parking boot for cars parked illegally or in an unsafe manner.
My question is whether a Justice of Peace can deny a Charter argument that has already been heard and dismissed by a Provincial Judge and then referred back to Traffic court.
Question: I go to the gym in the evenings and I don't like carry my wallet with me or leaving it in the car as my car got broken into a few years ago so I usually don't carry my drivers licence with me but I have a photo copy with me just when I go to the gym.
